ELIZABETH'S ONE AND A HALF
MINUTE CHOCOLATE PUDDING
 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 c. milk

In heavy bottom saucepan, mix together sugar, cornstarch and cocoa. Stir in the milk; the mixture will be lumpy. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the pudding comes to a full boil. The heating and stirring should eliminate the lumps, if not, the pudding should be strained. Pour into 4 serving dishes and chill.
