EASY CHICKEN 
2 c. rice (uncooked, wild or reg.)
1 can mushroom or celery soup
1 can water
6 chicken breasts
1 tbsp. oil

Place oil in 9x14 baking dish. Pour rice over oil. Mix soup and water and pour over rice. Place chicken breasts over mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until done. (May need to add water to keep moist, 1/4 cup at a time.)
