1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 c. corn oil 1 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 4 c. flour 1 c. coconut 1 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. oatmeal Cream oil, butter and sugars. Add egg, vanilla, then flour, soda and salt; mix well. Add coconut, Krispies and oatmeal. Roll into balls. Press down with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. |
