1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Mix ingredients together and press into bottom of 13x9x2 cake pan.

Mix together until well blended:

1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
3 eggs

Pour over crust in cake pan. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
