LYONNAISED CARROTS 
4 med. carrots, cut in strips
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Saute onion in butter. Add cooked carrots, sugar and parsley. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Toss and heat.
