1 lb. hamburger 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. rice, cooked 1 can tomato soup also 5/6 tomatoes (if you like), cut up 1 can water 1 med. head cabbage, shred Parmesan cheese 1. Brown hamburger and onion. 2. Add tomatoes and mix. 3. Steam cabbage in separate pot until half cooked. Drain. 4. Blend rice into steamed cabbage. 5. Blend in tomato soup and water. 6. Add the hamburger mix. 7. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
