1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
3/4 c. water

Mix well. Grease 9 x 12 pan. Sprinkle bottom with chopped nuts. Pour 1/2 of mixture over nuts in pan. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on batter. Then pour remaining batter on top of sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle with more nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Pour on cake as soon as it comes from oven.
