EASY ROLLS OR COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. "Jiffy" white cake mix
1 env. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. warm water
2 1/2 - 3 c. flour

If larger batch is desired, use large box white cake mix and double rest of ingredients.

Mix yeast into cake mix then add salt and warm water. Add flour until you can handle it easily with your hands. Let rise 1 hour. (At this point dough can be refrigerated until next day - then proceed.) Shape into rolls or coffee cake. Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
