PECAN ROLL COFFEE CAKE | |
18 frozen parker house rolls, frozen 1/2 to 3/4 c. pecans 1 stick melted butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding, not instant Spray bundt pan with Pam and lightly grease. Sprinkle pecans in pan. Top with roll (about the size of walnuts). Use fewer rolls if they are larger. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over top of rolls. Loosely cover and set out overnight. Cook on 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. |
