EASY COFFEE CAKE BRAID 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm milk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar

GLAZE:

1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve yeast in milk, add 2 tablespoon sugar. Cut butter into flour and salt. Make hole in flour mixture; add yeast mixture, egg and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll out 10 x 18 inch size. Spread with soft butter; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Cut into 3 equal portions and roll lengthwise. Braid. Let rise until dough springs back. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Glaze while still hot. Sprinkle with nuts.
