BROILED OR POACHED FISH 
12 oz. fish fillets, fresh or frozen, thawed
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

1. Place fish fillets in square baking dish, 8"x8". Pour wine over fish fillets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at Medium (50%) until fish flakes easily in center with fork, 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
