HEAVENLY BROILED FISH 
2 lbs. skinned fish fillets
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. softened butter
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
Garlic powder to taste
Dash liquid hot pepper sauce

Place fillets in a single layer on a well greased baking platter. Brush fish with lemon juice. Broil fillets 4 inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from heat and spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings. 327 calories per serving.
