SAUSAGE KRAUT BAKE 
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
mashed potatoes
Parmesan cheese

Combine sauerkraut and onion. Place in casserole. Brown sausage, drain. Spoon over sauerkraut. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 4.
