HAM CHEESE LOGS 
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1/2 c. pitted, chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Have cheddar cheese at room temperature. In small mixer bowl, beat together cheddar cheese and cream cheese until bended. Beat in deviled ham; stir in olives and chill. Shape into two 8 inch long logs. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
