CRANBERRY PEAR COMPOTE 
1 Medium Pear Peeled & Chopped
1 Medium Apple Peeled & Chopped
1 cup Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
1/4 cup Water
3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until berries pop and sauce thickens about 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold.

Makes 4 Servings - 2 Points.
