IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 c. coconut (flaked)

Beat eggs. Blend sugar and flour. Stir in eggs. Add coconut and vanilla. Put in 2 (9-inch) greased pans and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, until coconut is brown and pie is firm.
