PORK CHOPS IN WHEATIES 
Pork chops 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick
Well beaten egg
Crushed Wheaties
Crisco
Salt and pepper

Salt and pepper pork chops or pork fillets. Dip in well-beaten egg. Coat with crushed Wheaties. Pan fry in Crisco over low heat until meat is white throughout. Or bake in oven in small amount of Crisco, turning several times until done. Place on paper towels on plate. Great with sweet potatoes.
