MOM'S FOOD PROCESSOR CAROB
BROWNIES
 
6 tbsp. carob
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, cut in chunks
1/2 c. walnuts

Sift together carob, flour, salt and baking powder. In food processor, cream eggs, honey (can be 3/4 to 1 cup) and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to processor, plus butter and walnuts,. Pour into 8x8 inch or 9x9 inch greased pan. Bake 350 degrees, 30 minutes or 20 minutes for cupcakes.
