GRAPE-NUT PUDDING 
4 eggs
4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. Grape-Nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg
1/4 c. raisins

Scald milk, add Grape-Nuts. Allow to cool slightly while you beat eggs slightly with sugar and vanilla. Mix with warm milk. Turn into greased casserole (1 1/2 quart). Add raisins, stirring well. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Set in pan of hot water.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean when tested. Cool. Serve with Cool Whip.
