EGG ROLLS 
2 c. sauteed ground pork
4 c. sauteed chopped cabbage
1 (8 or 10 oz.) pkg. bean sprouts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 (3 or 6 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt

Stir-fry above. Get a cookie sheet ready to put skins on to assemble line faster and cleaner.

2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Put 2 tablespoons on each egg roll and make envelope and roll and fry on both sides.
