EGG ROLLS 
4 c. cooked pork, chicken, turkey or other meat

Add all of the following, drain and save juice: 1 can bamboo shoots 1 can water chestnuts 1 lg. can bean sprouts

Cook in canned juice, : 2 med. onions

Cook in large pot, add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Wrap in egg roll skins, deep fry, drain on paper towels. Serve with soy sauce.
