1 1/2 stick butter 3/4 c. white sugar 2 c. quick Quaker oats Confectioners sugar, enough to roll balls in 3 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. water Put butter in bowl; let stand until soft. Beat well. Add white sugar and mix well. Mix in vanilla, cocoa, and water. Now mix in oats. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Shape into 36 balls and place on wax paper. Roll in confectioners sugar. Ready to eat. Keep cookies in refrigerator. |
