Great flavor but changed recipe substantially. Used 4 boneless chops... NO water!! Covered and cooked for 25-30 minutes!!!! Drained the juices & marinade into saucepan, added 2 tsp.cornstarch mixed with cold water to thicken and create awesome sauce! Served with rice and green beans.

OMG, fantastic!!! I left out the catsup (oversight on my part) and used Agave Nectar instead of Honey so that it would conform to the South Beach Diet plan. I followed Leanne's cue and also simmered the juices/marinade in a saucepan but I added about 3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour (again, to conform to SB) and, she's right, it makes a frigging awesome sauce. YUM!!! I served mine over a hot Asian coleslaw (sauteed coleslaw mix w/ sesame oil, lite soy sauce, ginger, pepper, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds). Great meal!!!
