STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can kernel corn
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
6 lg. green peppers

In skillet over medium heat, brown meat and onions until done. Pour off drippings. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce, and pepper; set aside. Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds. Spoon in meat mixture into peppers. Arrange in 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until done. Serves 6.
