SPAGHETTI WITH MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 egg
1/3 c. Romano grated cheese
Salt & pepper
3 cloves garlic, cut up

Mix together and make 1" meatballs. Cook in skillet. When cooked, put in sauce.

SAUCE: Brown 1 large onion in a little oil in a large pan. Add 2 quarts tomatoes, 2 small cans tomato paste and 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon basil leaves, 1 tablespoon parsley leaves, 3 cloves garlic (cut up). Simmer 3 to 4 hours.
