SPAGHETTI SAUCE & MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (2 lb. 3 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
12 oz. tomato paste
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. water

Brown onions in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.

MEATBALLS:

2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. basil
1/4 c. parsley
Pinch of salt

Mix everything in a large bowl. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Drop one by one into simmering sauce.
