STRAWBERRY SALAD

Red leaf lettuce and/or fresh spinach
Shaved almonds
Green onions
Fresh strawberries, cut up

DRESSING:

1 c. Maruken rice vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar

Shake all dressing ingredients in a jar; add to salad before serving and toss.
