BANANA LOAF 
1/2 c. butter or Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. plain flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. pecans

Mix all ingredients together and then fold in bananas and nuts.

Bake in loaf pan 325°F for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
