CONTINENTAL CHICKEN 
2 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts, split
1/2 c. semi-dry white wine
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. butter
Flour

Dust chicken in flour. In large heavy skillet melt butter. Brown chicken quickly about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. Combine Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Top chicken with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
