EASY POTATOES 
1 lb. bag Tater Tots
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 cans potato soup
1 1/2 to 2 cans milk
1 (8 oz.) cheddar cheese

Mix soup, milk, sour cream together and stir in large baking dish, deep bowl or 9 x 13 pan. Add tater tots and stir chunk 1/2 cheese up into mixture. Stir top with remainder of cheese. You can do this up to 24 hours before you need to bake. It's simple and beats peeling potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
