BEEF AND POTATO BAKE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tots
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Crumble uncooked ground beef in bottom of a 9 inch squash baking dish. Cover with a layer of onion slices. Add a layer of tater tots. Spread soup over evenly and top with grated cheese. (Add 2 cups of milk to the soup to spread easier.) Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover for last 15 minutes.
