SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Boil potatoes (do not overcook). Cook and coarsely grate potatoes. Melt butter and add cheese. Stir in sour cream. Combine everything and pour in greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
