SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Boil potatoes 25 minutes. Cool and coarsely grate. Melt butter; add cheese and stir in sour cream. Combine everything and pour into greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
