SAUSAGE STUFFING 
1 (15 oz.) stuffing mix
2 lbs. bulk sausage
2 c. celery, sliced
1 c. onion, sliced
1 lb. mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter

Prepare stuffing mix according to directions. Cook sausage until done. Wash mushrooms and slice. Melt butter and cook celery, onions and mushrooms until tender. Add sausage and mix. Add vegetables and sausage mixture with stuffing mix and toss. Enough for 16-20 pound turkey.
