DEEP DISH APPLE CRUMB PIE 
4-5 apples (good sized)
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. light brown sugar

CRUMB TOPPING:

3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

Crumble together and sprinkle on top of apples. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour on 350 degrees. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping. Serves 6.
