APPLE CUSTARD PIE 
1 prepared unbaked pie shell
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. brown sugar
5 apples, peeled, cored & halved
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 egg

TOPPING:

2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour

Sprinkle 3 tablespoons flour and 3 tablespoons brown sugar on prepared crust. Place apples over this, cut side down. Mix milk, egg, pour over apples. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
