EASY, DELICIOUS CHEESE CAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
Pie filling for topping - cherry, blueberry, etc.

Break up cream cheese and add sugar, salt and flour. Mix well. Add 1 egg at a time and beat well. Add sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. Blend all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon by hand until smooth.

Pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch springform pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes until firm in the middle. Top will slightly brown. Turn off the oven and let cheese cake stand in open oven for 1 hour. Serve topped with pie filling.
