POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients except for poppy seeds, beat for 2 minutes. Add poppy seeds and mix 1 minute more. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.

This cake is good as is or you can add a thin lemon glaze made with powdered sugar, butter, milk and lemon extract.
