SALMON CHOWDER | |
3/4 c. chopped celery 1 med. chopped onion 1 stick butter 1/4 c. flour 6 c. milk 1 1/2 lb. frozen mixed vegetables 3 c. flaked salmon 2 c. cooked diced potatoes 1 tsp. dillweed 1 tbsp. salt Simmer until tender - celery, onion, butter then flour. Stir until mixed well and add milk. Cook 1 minute, then add frozen vegetables. Cook 12 minutes. Add salmon, potatoes, dillweed, salt. Heat to boiling. |
