2 lb. spare ribs, cut into serving pieces 2 tbsp. catsup 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsp. pineapple juice 1 clove minced garlic 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce 4 pineapple slices 4 tomato wedges Place meat in shallow pan. Mix catsup, ginger, sugar, pineapple juice, garlic and teriyaki sauce. Pour over ribs. Let stand overnight. Turn several times. Grill over hot coals about 45 minutes or until well browned and tender. Brush several times with mixture in times. Brush pineapple slices with marinade. Grill until heated. Place tomato wedges on top of pineapple slices and serve over ribs. |
