CURRANT GLAZED RIBS MICROWAVE 
3 lbs. fresh pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. currant jelly
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Arrange spareribs, meaty side up in a 3 quart casserole. Cover loosely and microwave on medium 27 to 29 minutes, rearranging every 3 minutes until no pink remains. Remove from oven, drain and rearrange. Mix chili sauce, jelly and soy into 2 cup dish and cover tightly, microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes to boiling, stir. Pour over ribs. Cover tightly and microwave on medium and rearrange every 15 minutes for 45 to 50 minutes or until meat starts to separate from bone.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
