PAULA'S GLAZED RIBS 
4 lbs. country style ribs

MUSTARD GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. turmeric

Ribs can either be oven steam roasted until tender or put in top of stove pan. Pour water over ribs to cover. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender 45 to 60 minutes. Drain.

In small saucepan, combine all ingredients for Mustard Sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir until dissolved.

Ribs can also be put on the grill over slow heat until done, 15 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. Brush with sauce. 4 to 6 servings.
