CHICKEN CASHEW CASSEROLE | |
1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. butter 1/2 can of 5 oz. Chinese noodles 2 c. cooked chicken, diced 1/2 can canned cashew halves 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. milk Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter. Mix with the 1/2 can noodles chicken and cashews. Pour soup and milk over top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Last 10 minutes sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 can of noodles. |
