FROSTED CASHEW COOKIES 
Heat oven to 325 degrees.

2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. salted cashews, halved
Browned Butter Frosting (below)

Grease lightly cookie sheet. Mix baking mix, brown sugar, sour cream, butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in cashews. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until no indentation remains when touched. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely. Frost with browned butter frosting. About 3 1/3 dozen cookies.

BROWNED BUTTER FROSTING:

1/3 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
About 2 tbsp. milk

Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat until delicate brown; cool. Stir in powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk; beat until frosting is smooth and spreading consistency.
