FROSTED CASHEW COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. salted whole cashews
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sour cream

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cream
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla, add dry ingredients. Alternately add sour cream, fold in nuts. Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.

FROSTING: Slightly brown butter, remove from heat, add vanilla, cream and vanilla. Stir in sugar, beat until smooth and thick enough to spread. Frost cookies when cooled.
