3/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. liquid fruit pectin
2 1/2 c. mild flavored honey

Combine lemon juice and honey. Bring carefully to a full rolling boil. Add liquid pectin. Stir constantly and bring just to a boil. Pour into small glasses and seal.
