LIME JELLY 
3 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 drops green food color
2 drops yellow food color
1/2 (6 oz.) bottle liquid pectin

Heat sugar and water to boiling in Dutch oven, stirring occasionally. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in limeade concentrate, lemon juice and food colors. Stir in pectin. Skim off foam; ladle into hot sterilized jars. Cover tightly. Cool. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 6 months. Makes 4 (7 oz.) jars or 6 (5 oz.) glasses.
