DIETER'S BAR-B-QUED TUNA 
6 oz. can tuna
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. sugar substitute or 1 pkg. Sweet & Low
2 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. tomato juice

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
