SLOPPY JOE'S 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 can tomato soup
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 tbsp. sugar

Fry together the first three items. Drain off fat. Then add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve on hamburger rolls.
