BLUEBERRY DUMPLING 
2 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. blueberries

In a large skillet or wide kettle mix the first 3 ingredients and bring to a brisk boil. Combine rest of ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls into sauce. Cover pan and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Serve in bowls with cream or ice cream.
